I like the colored better because of the brilliant contrast between yellow and gray..

A great image looks well in both. I do this alot too. I find it very challenging to take a color digital image and replicate the kind of range and contrast we used to get with film. Good job. I usually default to the B&W, but that is just me.

Colour all the way on this one! Have you tried to clone/heal out that one white cloud in the off centre/right? The one little white clout amongst the darker one? Great shot either way.

No I did not try to clone that out. Wouldn’t be too hard but I kind of like the little guy. Its like a defiant little one that refuses to be like the rest 
I might do it now just to see the difference.
